Terms of Sale
We invite you to read this document carefully since when sending any orders you will be asked to declare their acknowledgment and acceptance. The Conditions of Sale reported here govern the offer and sale of products on the website www.stregadelcastello.it concluded between: the Strega del Castello brand belonging to Farmacia del Castello di Giovanna Roncati company, currently in Via Assarotti 120 r. Genoa 1612,2 registered in the Genoa business register under no. GE-443477, VAT no. 01888990999, hereinafter referred to as “Strega del Castello” and the person making the purchase on the site indicated above, hereinafter called the “Buyer”.
The online order of one or more items determines the acceptance of the terms and conditions reported here and constitutes a contract between the Buyer, who must be an adult, and Strega del Castello for the purchase and sale of the products listed in the online catalog of the website. Purchases made on Strega del Castello are regulated, although not expressly provided for, by the following purchase conditions, by the Legislative Decree n.206 / 2005 relating to the protection of consumers regarding distance contracts.
1) HOW AN ORDER IS MADE
At the website www.stregadelcastello.it a selection of products is displayed in the online catalog. The characteristics of the products are indicated in the online catalog and are visible at the time of choice and compilation of the order before the conclusion of the forwarding procedure. When ordering, the Buyer must: select the products they intend to purchase, indicating the desired fragrance, choosing it from the options available in the appropriate drop-down menu, and the desired quantity; click on the icon “Add to cart”; click on the “Send order” icon to log in, if already registered, or proceed with registration, by filling in the appropriate form; indicate any additional information necessary for delivery, leaving a message in the appropriate box;
select the payment method;
The purchase contract will be concluded when Strega del Castello confirms receipt of the purchase order by e-mail. However, the execution of the contract is subject to the verification by Strega del Castello of the correct payment. If Strega del Castello finds a non-regularity in the payment, we reserve the right to resolve and / or cancel the order.
2) PRICES POLICY
The prices (inclusive of VAT) are indicated next to each product in the on-line catalog, and DO NOT INCLUDE THE SHIPPING PRICE.
The latter will be counted at the time of closing the order before payment. Prices are subject to change by Strega del Castello; however once the contract is concluded, the prices of the purchased items can no longer be changed. The price that will be invoiced or printed on the receipt is the one present alongside the product at the time the order is made, without taking into account any updates that have occurred subsequently. The order sent by the Purchaser will be considered accepted and binding for Strega del Castello when, following the transmission of the order, Strega del Castello has proceeded to e-mail confirmation of acceptance of the receipt. In the event of any temporary unavailability of one or more products ordered, Strega del Castello will inform the Buyer of unavailable products and the subsequent updating of the amount. In case of advance payment of the goods, through the methods described below, the Purchaser can either add products to replace the missing ones or request the return of the amount equal to the missing products. In this case, the Buyer must communicate the bank details in a timely manner. Strega del Castello will return the sum paid in addition.
If the user data are incomplete or in any case inaccurate (making delivery impossible), Strega del Castello will not process the order and cancel it by email. Strega del Castello allows 4 payment methods to choose from when placing the order:
Payment by cash on delivery;
By credit card (Banca Sella);
Through Paypal;
By cash, for items collected at the Farmacia del Castello shop.
The tax receipt and, if required, the accompanying invoice relating to the order, with the detail of the products purchased and the prices, will be included in the package.
It is possible to provide supplies to companies, entities, etc. Strega del Castello will promptly deliver the products purchased by express courier, which guarantees delivery, throughout the national territory, in 5 working days starting from the day following that of placing the order.
Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday in working hours (9-13; 14-18). In the event that the courier is unable to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, after two attempts he will leave a notice of attempted delivery with the contact details to arrange delivery. Strega del Castello will do everything possible to deliver the products within indicated deadlines. The Buyer is invited to contact Strega del Castello in case of delay in delivery and to report any disservice detected.
3) SHIPPING
Shipping costs are added to the total ordered and are automatically calculated at the end of the purchase procedure. For particular destinations (abroad) or for particularly heavy goods, Strega del Castello reserves the right to request a supplement for shipping.
4) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Legislative Decree 205/2006 relating to the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, provides in article 64 the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal.
This right consists in the possibility, exclusively in favor of the consumer, to withdraw from the purchase unconditionally, that is, without having to provide Strega del Castello any explanation, within 10 working days from receipt of the goods.
Strega del Castello will refund the sum already paid for the purchase of the products, with the exception of the delivery costs, which remain on the Purchaser. The right of withdrawal can be exercised at any time after completing the purchase procedure and in any case within 10 consecutive calendar working days from the goods receipt, by notifying Strega del Castello of the desire to exercise the right and providing the following data:
invoice number and date or alternatively, placed order number. In case of partial withdrawal, description and quantity of the products that are intended to return, bank details to obtain the refund transfer (CAB CODE – ABI-C / C BANK CODE).
In the event that the account holder is different from that of the invoice, it must be indicated. The communication of withdrawal and the data requested above can be sent to Strega del Castello in the following ways:

By sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: Strega del Castello, c / o Pharmacy of the Castle Via Assarotti 120r -16122, Genoa.
At the same address as Strega del Castello, within 10 days of receipt of the goods, the consumer will have to return it (total or partial). The shipment of returned products can be made by any means chosen by the Buyer at the address of Strega del Castello. Once the products subject to withdrawal have been received, Strega del Castello will promptly, and in any case no later than 14 working days, reimburse the sums paid by the Buyer.
CAUTION:
the right of withdrawal can be exercised only if the goods are perfectly intact in all their parts and not opened or used, carefully packed in order to preserve their original wrapping. If Strega del Castello receives damaged or tampered with return items, or without having followed the aforementioned shipping precautions, it will not provide the amount paid for the purchase of the products.
5) DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Strega del Castello guarantees the products from any defect. Should the consumer still find a defect in the products purchased, he can exercise the right of withdrawal if 10 continuous calendar days have not yet elapsed since the receipt of the goods. If the defect is detected after the 10-day period has elapsed, the consumer must promptly notify Strega del Castello in one of the following ways:

6) PRIVACY PROTECTION
Strega del Castello communicates that personal data, supplied by completing an order or registering on the site or in any other way, are processed in accordance with Law no. 196/2003. These data are made available to the consumer for verification, modification or cancellation, by contacting Strega del Castello, and to exercise any other right provided for in articles 7.8.9 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003. The data are entered in a customer database at the time of the first order or registration; an identification code and a password are then assigned, which must be kept for subsequent operations.
With reference to these data, Strega del Castello communicates that: Strega del Castello collects and processes personal data voluntarily provided by the user when placing an order, registering on the website www.farmaciadelcastello.it, requesting information, sending a communication by traditional mail or through the Site. Personal data collected and processed by Strega del Castello include name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and any other optional information. Browsing the site does not imply the provision of personal data, but the collection of the same is necessary for the fulfillment of orders and for the provision of the services requested by the user, such as site registration, answering to user questions and sending information requested by the user. In the data collection area, a specific information is published, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code). When necessary under the Privacy Code, Strega del Castello requires the user’s consent before proceeding with the processing of personal data.
